Our Policies & Guidelines

Cancellation Policy

- We use a "first night" policy: Guests who cancel their booking are charged for the first night plus tax. We'll refund any payment you've already made beyond the first night. No-shows are charged for the entire reservation.
- This cancellation policy applies the same to all bookings regardless of exactly when you cancel.
- Guests who wish to reduce risk related to potential cancellations are encouraged to use our Travel Protection service, available during checkout when you book a room. Travel Protection provides peace of mind for your travel plans. Last minute illness? No problem. Personal injury, or weather emergency, or death of a family member? Those situations can be covered too!

Smoking and Vaping Policy

Greystone Manor Victorian Inn Bed & Breakfast is a non-smoking and non-vaping establishment. Smoking and vaping are both prohibited on the entire property. Those who choose to disregard our non-smoking policy will be charged a $200.00 cleaning fee if found smoking in any guest area or room and asked to leave the property with no refund.

Children

We welcome well-behaved children! Each of our family suites can accommodate up to 6 people.

Group Discount

Groups: Save an extra 5% when you book 5 or more rooms.

Sales Tax

PA state hotel tax of 11% is charged for all bookings.
