All rooms have cable tv, central ac, private baths, and full hot breakfast included.
Smoking Policy:
The Greystone manor is a completely nonsmoking establishment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or outside the inn. For those who choose to disregard our nonsmoking policy, they will be charged $150.00 (one hundred and fifty dollar) cleaning fee if found smoking in any guest area or room and asked to leave the property with no refund.
Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy is as follows. If you cancel 14 days prior to your arrival you will receive a full refund minus a $20.00 (twenty dollar) service charge. This also applies to trips that are shortened. Any reservation canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival date, The amount is unfortunately forfeited.
Children:
We welcome well-behaved children! We have family suites that can sleep 5-6ppl. Groups: Save an xtra 5% when you book 5 or more rooms.
